Sofia centre to the airport

Check your terminal in the booking. The metro only reaches Terminal 2; a free shuttle links the terminals 24/7, every 20–40 minutes.

Metro M4 (≈ 20 min, ≈ 0.80 €). Pay by contactless card or phone at the gates.

Bus 84 (≈ 35–45 min, ≈ 0.80 €). Serves both terminals, about every 12 minutes.

Night bus N4 (≈ 35–50 min, ≈ 1 €). 00:00–04:00, every 60 minutes, both terminals.

Stansted Airport to London centre

The airport is about 60 km from central London.

Stansted Express train (≈ 48–56 min, ≈ 12–24 €). To Liverpool Street, about every 15 minutes. Advance fares are cheaper.

Luton Airport to London centre

The airport is about 50 km from central London.

Train to St Pancras (≈ 35–50 min, ≈ 12–20 €). Take the DART shuttle to Luton Airport Parkway first. Fares depend on the time.

Leave the centre of London at least 3 h 30 min before your flight: this covers the trip, the airport and a small margin.

Times on the ticket are local. London is 2 h behind Bulgaria.
